National Procurement Ltd. – Denmark (also known as SKI) introduces a new Framework Agreement ’rammeaftale 02.18’ , wich makes it straightforward for the whole of the public sector to buy System Solutions, Projects and Maintainance. Resultmaker won all the 14 (out of 15) partial agreements that we applied for.
Developing Danish welfare and innovating the public sector
According to SKI the framework agreement and the suppliers wil innovate the way tasks are performed in the public sector and it will substitute ressource demanding tasks with new technology. It’s all about making attractive agreements that promotes and streamlines public purchasing - in order to secure the Danish welfare.
Allan Vendelbo, Sales & Marketing,SKI, sees the new framework agreement as a part of the development of the Danish welfare and a part of innovating the public sector.
The framework agreement will save ressources in the public procurement offices, because the whole framework is there – compliant with standards and legal requirements - and it will save ressources in administration and citizen service due to automation of work processes and task handling.
A knock out criterion in future e-Government bids
Many of the future IT solutions of both Central Government and Local Government will be purchased through this framework contract. “It is probably a knock out criterion in future e-Government bids to be on the National Procurement Tender, even if the buyer opts not to use it – because it demonstrates who has a track record and who hasn’t” says Anette Vainer, VP of Sales in Resultmaker.
