Fewer loopholes and more targeted inspections. The Danish Road Safety and Transport Agency changed the requirements for reporting of vehicle inspections by 1. Of October. Vehicle inspection centres now reports all details to the inspection database eSyn. The result is enhanced quality.
Since 1. October it has been easier for the Transport Agency to access updated data from inspection centres to ensure efficient supervision, and to monitor statistical variances.
The immediate accessability of vehicle inspection reports also means that ‘inspection-shopping’ will come to an end.
Car owners used to be able to have their car inspected at another inspection centre if they got an unsatisfactory result at their first inspection.
Now all details from all inspections are kept in the system, and the vehicle inspection centres can see that an inspection has already been carried out on a vehicle.
- eSyn is built on Resultmaker Process Platform™
- eSyn receives 7.000 reports per day from more than 350 vehicle inspection centres.
